Packuum Shipping Policy

At Packuum, we’re committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently, no matter where you are. We work with leading global carriers—FedEx, DHL, UPS, SF Express, EMS, and trusted local delivery partners—to ensure reliable, flat-rate worldwide shipping.


1. Order Processing & Verification

  • Orders are charged at the time of purchase.
  • All payments must be verified before dispatch, which may take 1–5 business days.
  • To protect against fraud, any discrepancies in billing information may cause a delay or cancellation.
  • We ship from multiple warehouses across North America, Europe, and Asia, depending on stock availability and your delivery location.

Note: Shipping timeframes do not include potential customs processing delays.


2. Shipping & Fulfillment Timeline

  • Orders are typically processed and handed over to the carrier within 2–5 business days.
  • During peak periods, holidays, or high-volume demand, processing may take up to 10 business days.

3. Tracking Information

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
  • Tracking updates may take a few days to appear. If no updates are available within 5 business days, please contact us at info@packuum.com.

These estimates do not include our 2–5 day processing window.


5. Customs, Duties & Import Fees

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties upon arrival.
  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country.
  • If an order is refused due to unpaid customs charges, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once an order is shipped, Packuum is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
  • If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received your item, check with your local carrier and notify us immediately.
  • Claims for lost or missing packages must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.

7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
  • Once an order is processed, address changes cannot be made.
  • We are not liable for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.
